Some design elements—such as Motion Array templates, animations, graphics, or stock elements—are used legally under active licenses but are not owned by Cherubim Production.

Delays in providing materials may shift project deadlines.
7. Portfolio Rights
Unless an NDA is signed before production, Cherubim Production may display completed work in:

Showreels

Marketing materials
If you require confidentiality, request it before the project begins.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds vary by project stage:

Before production begins: partial refund may be possible

After production begins: deposits are non-refundable

After editing begins: client pays for completed work
All projects follow the refund terms in their agreement.
