• All payment terms are provided before project start.

• Deposits are typically non-refundable.

• Delays in payment may delay project delivery.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, Wix Payments, etc.).

4. Content Ownership & Copyright

Original Content

All original films, videos, images, photography, text, graphics, designs, and branding on this website are owned by Cherubim Production and protected by copyright law.

Licensed Templates & Design Assets

Some design elements—such as Motion Array templates, animations, graphics, or stock elements—are used legally under active licenses but are not owned by Cherubim Production.

Third-Party Images or Media

Some images or media on our blog or articles may belong to external creators and are used under citation, permission, or fair-use guidelines.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Download or reuse our original content without permission

• Repackage licensed templates as your own

• Claim ownership of our films or images

5. Project Files & Usage Rights

Clients Own:

• Final exported videos, media, and deliverables paid for

• Music you licensed separately

Cherubim Production Retains Ownership Of:

• Raw footage

• Editing/project files (Premiere Pro timelines, audio stems, etc.)

• Creative concepts, workflows, and behind-the-scenes materials

Raw footage can be provided for an additional fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

• Accurate project details

• Required assets (logos, text, footage)

• Timely communication and feedback

Delays in providing materials may shift project deadlines.

7. Portfolio Rights

Unless an NDA is signed before production, Cherubim Production may display completed work in:

• Our website

• Portfolio

• Social media

• Showreels

• Marketing materials

If you require confidentiality, request it before the project begins.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds vary by project stage:

• Before production begins: partial refund may be possible

• After production begins: deposits are non-refundable

• After editing begins: client pays for completed work

All projects follow the refund terms in their agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cherubim Production is not responsible for:

• Website interruptions

• Data loss

• Third-party errors

• Project delays caused by missing client materials

All services are provided “as-is.”

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions follow:

• Japanese law

• International copyright law

• U.S. law (for U.S.-based clients where applicable)
